Beyond the Business Case: Universally Designing the Workplace for Neurodiversity and Inclusion
In recent years, organizations have begun to recognize the importance of equal employment opportunities and experiences for those across the neurodiversity spectrum. This talk will provide an overview of the neurodiversity movement and its potential impacts in the workplace. Following a brief overview of the neurodiversity movement, we will discuss strategies for ensuring that neurodivergent employees are not only represented at work, but also feel that they are valued members of their workplace. Drawing from principles of universal design, we will discuss changes to the workplace that could benefit all employees, regardless of where they fall on the neurodiversity spectrum.

Open On Demand: Improvements and Recent developments
To contribute to Accessibility Month, developers and users of the Open OnDemand HPC web portal will discuss ways to improve accessibility to HPC resources, both for research and teaching. Recent developments within the Open OnDemand infrastructure will also be discussed.

Open Science Grid capabilities for Emerging Centers (in cooperation with Researcher-Facing March call)
Tim Cartright and Christina Koch from Open Science Grid join the Emerging Centers track to discuss what OSG and PATh services can do for campus Research Computing and Data groups including what kind of resources are available, how to guide your researchers to appropriate resources, and what contributing to OSG/OSpool resources from a campus requires and what the benefits are. We’ll discuss the capabilities of the OSG services and how to get started with using them, and what sort of support is available for Emerging Centers. Energy and Sciences Network (ESNET) presenting on PerfSONAR
perfSONAR is an infrastructure for network performance monitoring, making it easier to solve end-to-end performance problems on paths crossing several networks. It contains a set of services delivering performance measurements in a federated environment. perfSONAR has been developed through an international collaboration led by ESnet, Indiana University, Internet2, the University of Michigan, and GEANT.
Ken Miller, Computer Systems Engineer, ESnet, will provide an overview of how perfSONAR is used to support the work of research system administrators, as well as updates and features that may be relevant to this community.
