NAIRR Pilot Expansion Dear Colleague Letter NSF released the NAIRR Pilot Expansion Dear Colleague Letter which encourages proposals and supplemental funding requests to expand the NAIRR Pilot community through community outreach, research training and support for educators to bring AI educational experiences to classrooms nationwide. Proposals and supplemental funding requests will be considered on a rolling basis and as funding is available through December 15, 2024.

New AI resources available for communities The NAIRR Pilot Portal offers a wide range of AI resources that can be requested including these four new resources:
- Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
- Weights & Biases MLOps Platform
- FABRIC distributed computing, storage and high-bandwidth networking infrastructure Google education credits
AI Facilitation Working and Interest Groups CaRCC welcomes new members to new working and interest groups dedicated to AI Facilitation. The working group will be developing materials while the interest group will be discussing AI facilitation.
NAIRR Pilot Demonstration Projects The NAIRR Pilot Demonstration projects highlight innovative use cases and technologies in preparation for a full project. Successful projects have been announced and descriptions can be viewed on the Demonstration Projects page on the NAIRR Pilot Portal.
