The RCD Staff and Student Workforce Mentoring Working Group is addressing mentorship for all levels of the RCD workforce with attention to mentorship programs for RCD individuals, RCD student workers, and institutional RCD programs.
The Working Group will examine existing mentoring programs, both general and those specific to research computing and data and adjacent careers, leverage applicable programs and develop activities specific to the RCD workforce.
