In February, 2025 CaRCC Chairs and Steering Committee Members voted to elect a CaRCC Transitional Board as an important first step toward a long-term goal of becoming a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Transitional Board will be responsible for conducting the legal and financial transactions of CaRCC, maintaining CaRCC bylaws, and conducting the administrative tasks associated with obtaining nonprofit status and partnerships.
