Communicating with your Users: Impacts, Services, and Documentation
For this call, the Emerging Centers Group will be having a discussion on communication with users:
– How to communicate the impacts of what you do
– How to provide a service overview describing what you provide
– How to draft “the stereo instructions” on what users need to know to use services.
Feel free to bring materials you think have worked for you, talk about what has been tried successfully or not, and share experiences on reaching out to your users.
