Topic: ACCESS Pegasus – A hosted workflow system for ACCESS users
Speaker: Mats Rynge, Information Sciences Institute, University of Southern California
Abstract:
Processing and analyzing large research datasets has become more complicated as workflows require multiple dependencies and the volume of data requires analysis on high performance computing systems. Creating portable research workflows is critical for efficient, scalable reproducible research. The Pegasus workflow management system allows researchers to construct workflows in abstract terms without worrying about the details of the underlying execution environment and can coordinate multiple distributed resources. This presentation will introduce ACCESS Pegasus – a new hosted, Jupyter based, workflow interface to ACCESS resources.
